Participants are invited to submit a one-page abstract using the provided template. Each presenter may submit only one abstract for oral presentation. Please submit abstracts online in English by March 15, 2026.

The registration fee is €130. After the abstract submission period closes, the scientific committee will notify the selected participants and will send a pro forma invoice by email with payment details to complete registration. The registration fee covers access to all lectures and scientific sessions, as well as coffee breaks and lunches.

The scientific committee will evaluate all submissions based on quality, clarity, relevance, and originality. The committee will send notifications of acceptance no later than April 1, 2026. If you do not receive a notification by that date, please contact us by email.
